The Jazz Train is running again this year on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support. Last year the event raised £3700.
The Wensleydale train will leave Leeming Bar at 7.30pm on the 22nd June.
Travellers take their own vittles and are seated at tables to enjoy the ride.
The jazz band will play on the platform at Leeming and Leyburn and through the train on the journey.
There will be a raffle on the train and an auction of promises at Leyburn.
A London Route master bus has been hired to take travellers to the station and back and will leave the village at 6 o’clock.
Tickets will be on sale soon.
