Hatha Yoga takes place every Wedensday from 10.15 – 11.30am at the Quaker Meeting House on West End. It’s a beginners yoga class and all are welcome. Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes or haven’t done any exercise for years, classes are adapted for all ages and abilities.
Yoga helps build strength and flexibility, improves balance and mobility and calms the mind.

David Allerton is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer dealing with all manner of injuries and long term complaints such as back, shoulder, hip, leg or neck pain.
