Health and Well-being

Osmotherley is a great place to live if you’d like to improve your health and well-being. There are classes in the daytime and in the evening. Don’t worry if  you’ve missed the first few weeks, it’s never too late to start.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga takes place every Wedensday from 10.15 – 11.30am at the Quaker Meeting House on West End.  It’s a beginners yoga class and all are welcome.  Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes or haven’t done any exercise for years, classes are adapted for all ages and abilities.

Yoga helps build strength and flexibility, improves balance and mobility and calms the mind.

If you’d like to give it a try contact Clare on 01595873221 or email claremwalker@hotmail.co.uk for more information. Clare is a qualified and insured British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher.
